FleetCo’s strong safety record and ability to mobilise critical mine spec ready equipment is helping customers manage their stockpile commitments safely.
The team partnered with Sedgman at Mt Pleasant Mine to provide two D11 dozers for their stockpile management. As well as meeting Sedgman requirements, the dozers were customised to meet government mandated MDG15 and MDG28 specs to address the high-risk nature of operating on stockpiles.
This involved adding high pressure glass, oxygen tanks and recovery lugs. FleetCo’s Asset Manager Greg Arthy said the attention to detail to ensure high safety standards are met is always a high priority for FleetCo.
“We understand the legislation that is put in place and ensure we not only meet that requirement, but exceed it,” Greg said.
